I wasn’t expecting anything super heavy-duty, but the mask felt cheap right out of the package. It might be okay if you only need it once or twice, but for me it broke way too soon to feel worth it.

I reached out for help with getting my mask to fit better, and they did give me some useful tips. It helped a bit, but the fit still isn’t quite perfect. I also expected a quicker response, so that part was a little frustrating. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I’ve tried coming here a few times, but the parts I’m looking for are almost always out of stock. I get that not everything can be available all the time, but you’d think the common stuff would be kept on hand. It’s frustrating to make the trip and leave empty-handed.

I ordered a ResMed mask cushion, but what showed up was some totally random hose piece instead. The weird part is the packing slip had the right item on it, so yeah, I’m not really sure how that got missed.
I emailed them about it and now I’m just waiting around, still without the thing I actually paid for. First time ordering from 1800cpap.com probably the last. Getting the order right feels like the bare minimum.

"Misleading wording and unhelpful tech support"
I wasted so much time with tech support. The wording on their site made it sound like my issue would be easy to fix, but that was misleading. I waited forever to get a response, and when they finally replied, they were rude and not helpful at all. After all that, my problem still isn’t fixed
"Return process was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried to exchange my mask it turned into such a hassle. The replies were slow, the return instructions were confusing, and it felt like nobody was really paying attention to how my issue was being handled. The whole thing came off careless, and at that point it just didn’t feel worth the effort.

"Got fixed eventually, but I’m still mixed"
I ordered from 1800cpap.com and ended up getting the wrong mask part, which was frustrating. I emailed first, then wound up calling too, and I kept wondering if I was making a bigger deal out of it than I needed to.
To be fair, they did fix the problem and sent me the correct item, so it’s not like I was left stuck. The customer service person was polite, and maybe I’m just impatient, but it felt like it took more effort than it should have.
In the end, it was resolved, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish it had been quicker and didn’t require me to follow up more than once. Not bad, not great either

I was trying to order some CPAP parts the other night while half-watching TV, and the site wasn’t the easiest to use. A few pages loaded slowly, and it took me longer than expected to find the filters I needed. Checkout did work fine in the end, but the whole process felt more clunky than it should have. A cleaner layout would definitely help

I tried getting in touch with 1800cpap.com about my order, it turned into a bit of a headache. Their email replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, it didn’t actually clear anything up. I felt like I was the one constantly following up just to get basic info. Definitely not the experience I was expecting, and I probably won’t order from them again

"Pretty decent, but the stock can be hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from 1800CPAP a couple of times now, and overall it’s been fine. The site is easy enough to use and the prices seem reasonable, so you don’t feel like you’re getting ripped off. The only thing that’s kind of frustrating is the availability. A few masks and replacement parts I was looking for were either out of stock or only available in certain sizes. It’s not a bad place to order from, but you might have to check back or look elsewhere if you need something specific.

I stopped in thinking everything would be a good deal. Some stuff was, honestly. A few items were cheaper than I expected. But then I’d pick up something else and think, wait, that’s kind of high. So yeah, prices are okay overall, just not always the best.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and at this point it feels like an epic tale with no ending. Support keeps telling me it’ll happen “soon,” but that word has lost all meaning now. after this whole ordeal, I don’t see myself buying from here again.

Support took way too long to get back to me, and even after that, I still didn’t feel like anyone really explained what happened. i should’ve trusted my instinct when it started feeling confusing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I was just trying to place a simple order, but the whole process ended up being more annoying than I expected. The site felt clunky, pages were loading slowly, and I had to keep going back to fix things in my cart. "Warranty help was disappointing"
I had an issue with my machine while it was still under warranty, and dealing with 1800cpap felt way harder than it should have. I sent over what they asked for, but then the replies were slow and I kept getting pointed to someone else, which was frustrating. I will say, they weren’t exactly rude, but they also didn’t make me feel like they cared much either.
After weeks of back and forth, I still didn’t feel like anyone was really trying to help get it sorted out. Maybe ordering from them is totally fine, and maybe I just had bad luck, but the warranty support was rough enough that I wouldn’t want to use them again

"Not much for my specific CPAP setup"
I checked out 1800CPAP.com because I needed a few supplies for my CPAP, but i was let down by the selection. I tend to focus only on the parts that fit my machine, so maybe I skipped over a lot of the general stuff, but the masks and replacement pieces I actually needed either weren’t there or had barely any size options.
It seemed like they carry the more common items, which is fine if that’s what you use, but once you’re looking for something specific it gets frustrating fast. I spent more time than I wanted clicking around and ended up ordering from another site anyway, so I probably wouldn’t bother checking here first next time
